Computer PRO Unltd., the IT division of Executive Assistance, Inc., will relocate to 1475 Fairgrounds Rd., Ste 118 in St. Charles Missouri on February 19. CPU specializes in Managed IT, Remote Services, Networking, Repairs, and Computer Sales. The parent company, EAI, has provided executive support to customers nationwide from its St. Charles base for some 38 years.
Paul Wheeler, Vice President, states, “This is a perfect time for us to relocate. The new location will enable us to support our customers more effectively and efficiently. It will also allow us to more closely focus on our goal of growing the IT Management portion of EAI. Since IT is ever changing so should we. ”
CPU has exceeded our parent company’s expectations in working with Managed IT, and IT Repairs mainly due to the personal customer service and expertise we provide. CPU’s ability to closely monitor our customers’ networks and systems allow us to be proactive rather than reactive. Our in-shop, on-site and remote repairs are available to customers before significant problems occur (sometimes even before the customer is aware).
With IT’s fluctuating environment our managed approach gives you a predictable cost and your own IT department. This will allow companies to stay on top of the mundane maintenance tasks that are usually overlooked. The bottom line is that managed IT can give you enhanced operational efficiencies resulting in a reduced cost going forward.
